Always Eat After 7 PM Diet – Part 2

Now that we got the why out of the way, let's look at the how. How will this diet change me for the better?

Having a normal blood sugar would possibly get me off my insulin shots and medication. Good because I hate shots. Having to take a shot every day is the worst. Once that's fixed, next, we move on me not feeling tired soo much. This would allow me to spend time with my boys, watching movies, and shows without falling asleep. It would also help not feeling so tired on the job and just “going through the emotions”, being there but not really. Feeling like you're a robot.

Getting an interview with the author Joel Marion, I was able to answer some questions that helped in letting me know this is possible:

Q1. How difficult is the Always Eat After 7 PM plan to follow?

It's not. And that's exactly why I wrote the book. While any diet is never truly easy, it can be more enjoyable and much easier to adhere to when you understand how Always Eat After 7 PM works because it caters to our bodies' natural instincts.

Q2. What inspired you to write the book?

After authoring 6 best selling books it was glaringly obvious there were 2 huge misconceptions about dieting that needed to be exposed. The first is that you can't eat late at night or before bed, which science now shows is NOT true. And second, you can't eat large portions that satisfy your natural instinct. This book solves both these problems by providing an evidence-based, enjoyable approach to dieting that can be used by any person to quickly achieve their weight loss goals.

So just think about this: The most challenging times to curb hunger are just before bed and in the morning.
