Always Eat After 7 PM Diet – Part 3

This post is brought to you by our sponsor, “Always Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed below are my own.

After 2 weeks I'm feeling more restful and able to wake up without feeling groggy. “Specific higher-carbohydrate foods (including berries and cherries) support your fat-burning metabolism while you sleep, providing your body with a steady stream of fuel throughout the night. The trick is knowing how to combine them with other evening and pre-bedtime fat-burning foods to fuel your metabolism as you sleep.”

I'm still trying to lower my blood sugar but that's a work in process and not an overnight cure.

I'm loving the meal planning and recipe ideas in the book.

Did you know based on surprising science, Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths and offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night.

One of the recipes I found to work with was a ground beef skillet meal, my family is so picky. It only includes a few ingredients, give or take your preferences. So this definitely worked for us.

Another recipe that I liked (that I have to hide) is a caramel brownie, what diet has ever said to make brownies. I can't think of one.

Doesn't that look delicious?!
