I just started the HMR Diet (find the site here).
This HMR recipe tastes exactly like a bowl of cake icing and it’s good for you! But don’t take my word for it, you should make your own and try it for yourself.
- 2 70+ Vanilla Shake mixes
- 2 Tablespoons of Sugar Free/ Fat Free Cheesecake pudding mix
- 4 1/2 oz. of Water
First, mix the shake and pudding ingredients into a bowl.
Second, stir the water into the mixes.
