When you first heard the word pandemic last year did you think about how it would affect your health habits; eating, exercise, weight, and etc?
When a Pandemic Starts
When I first heard it, I was wondering how bad it would get. Then, after the dust started to settle so to speak, we heard about the Quarantine-15. I believe I lost more weight due to all the stress and anxiety I was going through. I mean going about your day to suddenly having to wear a mask. Then, in the beginning, everyone was wearing gloves also because we didn't know much about it.
How to Keep Track of Your Health
Those stuck at home suddenly who used to go to the gym every day were forced to find other means of working out. Either in the home or outside. Those that didn't go to the gym found out that it's possible to work out at home. Now if you're wondering how to get rid of that extra 15, there's this calculator I found online that goes by your weight and height, then tell it how much you want to lose in how much time and then calculate it.
I'm still trying to lose the extra weight I had before the pandemic, so I'm trying different diet programs to see which one fits the best for me. I also found out that I was diabetic last year, so I am also working on that as well. I'm really starting to work on myself now because I'm so tired of taking all these meds including shots.
I think it's sad that this epidemic is really hurting our kids. Our kids stopped going outside, to begin with, now they've canceled gym class and sports, so now our kids are getting bigger since they took that away.
